The Anti-Money Laundering Act states that financial intermediaries must be members of a self-regulatory organisation (SRO) under civil law as a way of preventing money laundering.

Turicum Advisory AG is a professional financial intermediary pursuant to Art. 2 para. 3 of the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and member of the SRO VQF recognised by FINMA in accordance with Art. 14 para. 1 AMLA.

Turicum Advisory AG is supervised by VQF and not by FINMA.
